Cancellation or displacement of a reserved time slot for adults is possible until 2 days before the lesson. After this period, the lesson is considered due or can be moved or refunded ONLY upon presentation of a medical certificate, a certificate from the STIB, SNCB or an airline company.

Each cancellation request must be confirmed in writing and must be sent to La Pause Musicale. You can send this confirmation by e-mail or by sms. Please contact us if you have not received a cancellation confirmation from us.

Respecting the time of the class is necessary. A class started late due to the late arrival of the student will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.
